Your Committee of the Whole begs leave to report that it has had under consideration Proposition No. 2 and respectfully recommends that the same have a third reading and do pass. That is has had under consideration Proposition No. 18 and substitutes and recommends that the same be postponed and made a special order for Thursday, November 10, 1910 in the Committee of the Whole.
