The Convention considers the Committee of the Whole report on Proposition Number 69 and the Committee on the Executive reports on Propositions Number 33, 62, 114, 80, 57, and 125. Proposition Number 2 is read a third time and referred to the Committee on Style.

Your Committee on Judiciary begs leave to report it has examined Proposition No. 69 and respectfully recommends that Proposition 69 be indefinitely postponed inasmuch as your Committee has prepared and submitted propositions at variance therewith.
