Prescott, Arizona, November 4, 1910
Hon. Geo. W.P. Hunt, President Constitutional Convention, Phoenix, Arizona.
The passage of the initiative and referendum proposition with popular percentages marks the beginning of an era of progress in the state government of Arizona. Arizona’s star will now become a beacon of light of welcome to the people of the older commonwealths now struggling under the load of archaic and medieval constitutions.
