Propositions Number 102 to 113 are read a second time. Propositions Number 126 to 132 are read a first time and referred to the Committee on Printing.

Your Committee on Suffrage and Elections begs leave to report that it has examined Proposition Number 70, and respectfully recommends that it be amended to read as follows:
"The first general assembly shall enact a law providing for general publicity before and after election of all campaign contributions and expenditures, both of campaign committees and candidates."
