Relating to Police Regulations.

It is hereby proposed:

That no armed police force, or detective agency, or armed, or unarmed body of men, shall ever be brought into this State, for the suppression of domestic violence, except on the application of the Legislature, if in session, or the governor, when the Legislature cannot be convened.
