The Convention appoints committees on the administration of the oath of office, credentials, rules and procedure, standing committees, finance, and attaches. The Committee on Credentials presents a report, which is adopted. The Convention considers and adopts an enabling resolution and oath of office. The Committee on Finance presents a partial report, which is adopted.

Resolved that we the delegates of the people of Arizona, assembled in this constitutional convention on October 10, 1910, under the authority of an Act of Congress, approved June 20, 1910, entitled "An Act to Enable the People of New Mexico to Form a Constitution and State Government, and be Admitted into the Union on an equal Footing with the Original States, and to Enable the People of Arizona to For a Constitution and State Government, and be Admitted into the Footing with the Original States,’ hereby on behalf of the people of Arizona adopt the Constitution of the United States of America.
