Meeting to discuss the business of the Forum
This Forum warmly welcomes the European Union's 1995 five-year special programme for peace and reconciliation of 300 million ECU (£240 million), and in particular the targeting of disadvantaged groups for financial assistance, and urges the Union, despite the shortcomings perceived in the first three years of operations, to continue to make funds available in the final two years in order for the programme to be carried to a successful conclusion.
