Unionist Anger at Media Briefings - The Unionist parties ]stated that they] had had enough and were now going to put their own side of the story on the record. According to the BBC Northern Ireland Office Civil Servants were also involved in attempts to blame the Unionists for the present situation, what was the Secretary of State doing about this?

Dr Paisley reiterated that the Unionists would be unable to accept a Northern Ireland venue.
