Resolved, That from a sincere desire of showing every mark of respect to the memory of Hon. Thomas B. Cooper, deceased, late a member of tins House from Pennsylvania, the members will go into mourning by wearing crape on the left arm for thirty days.

Resolved, That as an additional mark of respect for the memory of the deceased, the House do now adjourn.

Resolved, That the Clerk communicate these resolutions to the Senate.
