Resolved, That, immediately after the reading of the Jour-nal to-morrow morning, the States and Territories shall be called for bills and resolutions; the bills and resolutions presented under said call to be referred, without debate, to the select committee of thirty-three on the President’s message, and no motion to reconsider the order of reference of any of such bills and resolutions shall thereafter be in order.
