Recommit to the Committee of Elections with instructions to inquire, first, into the fact whether the opposing candidate, Eleijha Hise at the time of said election was by reason of disloyalty, disqualified to hold such office and so known to be by the persons who voted for him.

Second, into the fact whether J.L. Holladay, who claims said office at the time of the election for which he claims his seat, was by reason of disloyalty disqualified to hold such office, and so known to be by the persons who voted for him.
