Proposition Relative to County Organization [File No. 75]

Sec I The several counties of the Territory of Utah is they as they now exist are declared to be the counties of the State until otherwise changed by law.

Sec II The Legislative assembly shall have no power to remove the county seat of any county, but the same shall be provided following law.

Sec III The Legislative assembly shall establish a system of county government which shall be uniform throughout the state.

They shall provide for the election of three commissioners and such other county and precinct officers as public convenience may require and prescribe their duties and times of office.
