A proposition for insertion in the Constitution of Utah affecting the employment of labor:

It shall be unlawful for any organization or combination of persons to exist in this State having for its objects either directly or indirectly the discrimination in any manner whatever against any person either male or female over the age of fourteen years acquiring the knowledge of any trade or profession; or Which shall limit or attempt to limit the number of such persons employed by any person, or firm or corporation.
