Resolved, That the 14th day of December, 1886, be set apart, immediately after the reading of the Journal, for the consideration of the Senate bill No. 10, and the amendment thereto reported by the Judiciary Committee of the House, entitled "An act to amend section 5352 of the Revised Statutes of the United States in reference to bigamy and for other purposes, approved March 22, 1882, and from day to day thereafter after the reading of the Journal until their consideration is completed subject to the consideration of revenue and general appropriation bills.
